Plain terms for a small tool.

1. What Intermind is

Intermind is a macOS application that orchestrates two AI coding agents you already have access to. It does not include AI model access. You must supply your own Anthropic and/or OpenAI access (an existing subscription used through their official CLI, or your own API keys).

2. Not affiliated with model providers

Intermind is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Apple. 'Claude' and 'Codex' are used only to identify the tools Intermind works with. Your use of those tools remains governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

3. Licence

A paid licence grants one person a non-exclusive right to use Intermind on up to two Macs at a time. Licences may be moved between machines by deactivating one first. Do not share, resell or publish your licence key. A lapsed licence puts Intermind into read-only mode; it never deletes your local data.

4. Billing, renewal, refunds

Purchases are made through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: Stripe handles payment, applicable tax, invoices and refunds under its own terms of sale. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds: subscription purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the first payment, no questions asked; after that, cancel any time — the current period isn't refunded. Lifetime purchases include updates for 12 months from purchase. Prices are listed on the pricing page; the founding price applies automatically at checkout while the founding window is open.

5. Your responsibility for agent actions

App automation is a convenience toggle; macOS system permissions control access to other applications and can be revoked anytime in System Settings > Privacy & Security. Review agent activity and keep backups.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Intermind is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law).

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Intermind to break the law, to violate the terms of the AI providers, or to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.

8. Contact and governing law
